Online Firearm Safety Course ($95, one-time)

The course is a one-time $95 digital purchase that includes lifetime access. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges. Because the course is a digital product delivered immediately upon enrollment, refunds are handled as follows:

14-day refund window: You may request a full refund of $95 within 14 days of your enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
After substantial use: Once you have completed 25% or more of the course, or once more than 14 days have passed since enrollment, the purchase is non-refundable, as you will have received substantial access to the digital product.
No outcome guarantee: The course is educational only. We do not provide refunds based on the course not satisfying a particular training requirement or not resulting in any specific permit, license, or other outcome.

Advanced Defensive Tactics Module Subscription ($39.99/month)

The Advanced Defensive Tactics Module is an optional recurring monthly subscription at $39.99 per month that automatically renews until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the module until your current billing period expires, and you will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.
Refunds: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Optional One-Time Add-Ons

The following optional add-ons are one-time charges billed once at checkout. They are not subscriptions and do not recur:

Concealed Carry Legal Guide - $39.00: As a digital download delivered immediately, this add-on is refundable only within 14 days of purchase and only if the guide has not been downloaded. Once downloaded, it is non-refundable.
1-on-1 Instructor Coaching Call - $55.00: Refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No refund is issued for missed sessions, for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or after the session has taken place.
Complete Concealed Carry Bundle - $69.00: As a digital product delivered immediately, this add-on is refundable only within 14 days of purchase and only if the included materials have not been downloaded. Once downloaded, it is non-refundable.

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
