Last updated: March 3, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ccwassistance.org website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CHAD INDUSTRIES LLC, doing business as ccwassistance.org ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Services
ccwassistance.org provides access to an online, self-paced educational firearm safety course (the "Course") delivered as a digital product through on-demand video modules. Upon enrollment, you receive:
- Access to the full library of course video modules
- Lifetime access to the course content following a one-time payment
- A certificate of completion upon finishing all modules
- Email support relating to your access to the Course
The Course does NOT include or provide:
- Legal advice or legal representation
- Hands-on or live firearms instruction
- Any government-issued certification or training credential
- Any guarantee that the Course satisfies a specific training requirement or confers eligibility for any permit or license
3. License to Access Content
Upon completing your one-time payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course content for your own individual educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publicly display, copy, download (except as expressly permitted), or create derivative works from the Course content. Your enrollment is for a single individual and may not be shared with others.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Course is educational in nature. We do not and cannot guarantee that completing the Course will satisfy any particular state's or jurisdiction's training requirement, confer eligibility for any permit or license, or result in any specific outcome. Whether the Course is accepted for any official purpose is solely at the discretion of the relevant authority. You are responsible for verifying the requirements that apply to you.
5. No Legal Advice
The information presented in the Course and on this website does not constitute legal advice, and we are not a law firm or legal services provider. The Course provides a general overview of certain concepts and does not address your specific circumstances. If you require legal advice regarding firearm ownership, carry, or compliance, you should consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
6. Fees and Payment
The Course is offered for a one-time payment of $95, which provides lifetime access to the Course content. This is a single digital purchase and not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
Billing Descriptor: Your charge from ccwassistance.org will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "CCWASSISTANCE.ORG". This is how the charge will be identified on your cardholder billing statement.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at enrollment
- Use the Course content only for your own individual educational purposes
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms
- Be solely responsible for your own conduct and for verifying any requirements that apply to you
- Not share, resell, or redistribute your access or the Course content
8. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, firearm laws, regulations, and best practices may change over time. We make no warranty that the information in the Course or on our website is current, complete, or accurate. You are responsible for verifying any information with the appropriate authorities before relying on it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ccwassistance.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Course or the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHAD INDUSTRIES LLC (d/b/a ccwassistance.org), its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Course or the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content in the Course and on the ccwassistance.org website, including video, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CHAD INDUSTRIES LLC (d/b/a ccwassistance.org) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course or the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, shared your access, or misused the content.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
